Dan leads a growing team of talented customer service representatives to provide WeddingWire's brides, grooms, guests, and vendor customers an effortless and empathetic user experience. Through dedicated training and mentorship, he manages the team's growth to ensure they deliver top-notch support via an all-encompassing multi-channel experience (email, phone, chat, and social media). He presides as the internal "Voice of Customer" (VOC) when handling support issues related to the brides and grooms that use WeddingWire's multiple desktop and mobile platforms. In addition, he works collaboratively and acts as primary liaison across teams to provide customer perspective on product and process requirements development. He also develops and improve support systems by implementing external questionnaires and surveys to measure WeddingWire’s Customer Care effectiveness.
