Matthew Riccardo began working in the IT sector in 2008 as a consultant to the US Department of Energy. Over the course of the past nine years he has held Project, Service, and Program Manager titles. As a consultant to the US Department of Transportation Matthew helped to manage the call center as well as other operations sectors. He has been with the City of New Orleans for 3+ years and has always focused on customer service as the prime function of IT support. Three plus service years in Peace Corps and AmeriCorps also contributes to Matthew’s focus on people first.
